Now in it’s third year-Recruitment Agency Expo, London Returns to Olympia on 25th -26th February. Recruitment leaders will again have the chance to network with peers and potential suppliers.

Recruitment Agency Expo London will bring together hundreds of recruitment agency owners, managers and senior executives with suppliers of specialist products and services to recruitment agencies. It is supported by all of the major industry associations: the REC, IRP, APSCO, TEAM, PCG, ARC.

With two and half months to go, what can visitors expect to see at the next event? Organisers Bluewater Events have worked closely with senior recruitment figures and influencers to come up with a programme that includes more than 70 exhibitors, 28 seminars and 14 training sessions.

This free-of-charge event will feature seminars held in dedicated theatres and workshops located in the Training Zone. Visitors will be able to relax or hold meetings in the Networking Lounge, and can access an online meeting booking system via the Recruitment Agency Expo London website, to help them plan their visit.

For recruiters looking to invest in new products and services, Recruitment Agency Expo London will provide a unique opportunity to meet up with and compare a vast number of industry suppliers in one place. Whether you’re looking to explore cloud-based software solutions or check out an umbrella company for your contractors, the key brands will be here. people_2

For suppliers, meanwhile, it means they can really gauge potential customers’ business needs, as Chris Bogh, Technical Director at recruitment software specialist Eploy explains: “The Recruitment Agency Expo is very important to us because it gives us the opportunity to meet and converse with senior decision makers in the industry and demonstrate the benefits of our product first hand.”

Charles Harrington, Associate Director of Baker Tilly Revas, which provides accounting and payroll services to the recruitment industry, agrees: “Our cloud-based back office software was designed to improve efficiencies for recruitment agencies so we understand the demands on our clients’ time. That’s why this is such a great opportunity for agencies to review the tools available for improving their business, all in one place.”

One of the key attractions of the show will be an extensive series of seminars on social recruiting, led by industry-renowned experts such as Johnny Campbell. Campbell is urging recruiters to come to his session so they can take away tips they can use the very next day, and dispel some of the complexity around social media.

He explains:Johnny-Social-Talent-Photo “I want people to come away with actionable items that will help them make a placement when they get back to the office. I want to demystify some of the tools that are out there and ensure that everyone takes something away.” He’ll encourage delegates to bring ‘live’ jobs to use as examples in his seminars.

In order to maximise your time investment in coming to the show, many of the seminars and training sessions focus on how you can build revenue and make your client relationships more profitable. There will also be sessions on new developments in employment law from respected legal experts, and on bringing new talent into the industry through apprenticeships.

In the Training Zone, meanwhile, visitors can expect to hear advice on candidate sourcing, overcoming objections and improving your own internal recruitment practices. These sessions are deliberately informal and interactive, and you will have the chance to share knowledge and learn about others’ experiences in a dedicated area.

Recent additions to Recruitment Agency Expo London line-up of respected sponsors are Tempo, an alliance of recruitment agencies and hirers committed to raising standards within the temporary recruitment industry, Paraplus, a payroll umbrella company and Flo Software Solutions, which provides a professional end-to-end system for temporary recruiters. exhibiting_sub7_banner
